Update AUTHENTICODE_FILES with diffrent x64 name
* src/gpg4win.mk.in (AUTHENTICODE_FILES): winpthread-1.dll-x64 is now suffixed -ex instead. Since it is for the ex host.
The ex host for 64 bit builds is 32 bit.
