Kill it with fire

* src/installer.nsi (PrintCloseOtherApps)
(un.CloseApps): Add resolver, overlayer, gpg-agent, gpg,
dirmngr and gpgsm to kill list.

When other users run gnupg or if gnupg is used with different
homedirs updates would fails because the processes would
not be killed. So now we agressively kill everything from us.
