Add patch to use registry settings in Kleopatra
* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Add patches. * packages/packages.common (gpgme, libkleo, kleopatra): Update. * patches/kconfig/0001-Read-defaults-from-Windows-registry.patch, patches/kleopatra/set-windows-registry-key.patch: New.
This allows to set defaults for Kleopatra using the Windows
registry. Configuration done by the user is still located
in the corresponding config files.
