Add patch for kwidgetsaddons text height on update

* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Mention patches.
* patches/kwidgetsaddons-fix-height-of-text-after-update.patch: New.
* patches/appimage/kwidgetsaddons: Symlink windows patches.

This is commit 34463cc0182114f3399438f8ec35e175a343812b

While at it I noticed that the kwidgetsaddons patches were not
included in the appimage and since all seemed useful I symlinked
the whole patch set.
