Disable async encryption in GpgOL again

* patches/gpgol/0001-Enable-sync-encryption-again.patch: New.

There is a regression risk that async encryption might lead
to new issues so its better to keep the old blocking way and
not to risk anything in the stable branch of Gpg4win.
