Update GpgEX and Kleopatra

* src/packages/packages.current (gpgex, kleopatra): Update.

We had the problem that the redirected socket dir of GnuPG
was not respected for the UIServer Socket in Kleopatra and
GnuPG. This requires a new release which is only relevant
for users that have redirected their Homedir.
