MSI: Make Product name configurable

* src/Makefile.am: Remove gpg4win.wixlib target.
* src/gpg4win.mk.in (MSI_template): Add targets for .wixlib.
Use variables for Product name.
* src/make-msi.pl: Add new parameter "--name" for the product name.

This is a first working version that allows to set target based
variables for a PRODUCT name that is also used in the .msi packaging
as the product name.
