Description

Move helper scripts to build-aux/.

* build-aux/: New.
* depcomp, doc/texinfo.tex, install-sh, missing: Move to build-aux/.
* config.guess, config.rpath, config.sub, mkinstalldirs: Update from
Libgcrypt and move to build-aux/.
* configure.ac (AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR): New.
(AM_SILENT_RULES): New.
