GpgOL slow to open URLs

Description

Click on a web link in an email (crypto or plain) in Outlook.
-> Outlook hangs for >50sec until browser opens the URL!

Same problem with GPA or Kleopatra as default certificate manager.

After deactivating GpgOL it works correctly:
Browser opens directly after clicking on a link.

Tested with WinXPSP3 + OL2003SP3 + Gpg4win2.0.0 (GpgOL 1.0.0).

I can duplicate this and found a way to fix it. However that fix would bring
back a problem with the outlook window not being repainted. I am a bit puzzled
that nobody found this problem since it must have been tehre since gpg4win
1.9.14 from March.

Seams to be resolved with Gpg4win-2.0.1-RC1 (GpgOL 1.0.1-svn308). Needs more
tests of other users.
