Description

Tested with Gpg4win 2.1.0:

  • Create new folder with umlauts (e.g. "testä")
  • try to encrypt the folder via GpgEX (with gpgtar)

> Encryption failed:

"Input error: Error while running <PATH>/gpgtar.exe:
gpgtar: error stat-ing `testä': Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden."

works with Gpg4win 2.2.0. But there is a failure after decrypting folder with
umlauts: see gpg4win wald issue #6451
