Description

In Version 3.3 of OpenPGPcard T3152: KDF DO support in OpenPGP card, new KDF DO is added as OpenPGP card specification.
GnuPG should support the feature.

It's in gniibe/scd-kdf-support.
I think it's good to add to GnupG 2.2 branch.

It's in GnuPG 2.2.4, now.
