O2010: Encrypted junk-mails can't be moved to inbox
Closed, DuplicatePublic

Description

If i get a encrypted mail that is declared as junk, GpgOL fails / or not trying to encrypt it. Which is reasonable. Actually Outlook doesn't move that mail back to inbox without an error when i declare it as ok.

Expected behaviour:
Select a junkmail -> rightclick -> "Junk-E-Mail" -> "No Junk-E-Mail" should move that mail back to inbox.

Workaround:
Allow HTML for this Junk E-Mail. After that it's possible to move the mail out of the junk folder.

Windows 10 1709 64bit
Outlook 2010 32bit
Gpg4win 3.1.0
GpgOL 2.1.0

Thanks for your report. Are you sure that "Allow HTML" makes the difference?

Not moving encrypted mails sounds a lot like our known problem T3459 which prevents moving encrypted mails while the decrypted contents are visible.

But I will check if there is something special with regards to junk detection.

I did not find any differences regarding junk mail. So I believe that this is fixed with T3459
