Description

create an empty test.asc
right click a key in kleopatra - Export Secret Keys - Select test.asc
Confirm overwrite and see success alert
Open test.asc and see that it is still empty and nothing was saved

This issue has been fixed with:
https://commits.kde.org/kleopatra/29ef0b50ddc5397ad6ff1e8aff1a749da4621cd4

So it will be fixed in Gpg4win-3.1.11
