To fulfil various use cases to group keys / tag keys Kleopatra can use local signatures with notations.

• GPGME has to be extended to support a "Remark" API.
• GPGME needs the possibility to overwrite existing local signatures to update Remarks.
  • QGpgME and GpgME++ have to be extended accordingly.
• Kleopatra has to be extended to support creating Remarks in the GUI. Currently the plan is to expose this as "Search Tags" during certification.
  • The Keylistmodel in Kleopatra has to be extended to optionally scan self signatures and provide remarks
  • The Keylistfilterproxymodel in Kleopatra has to be extended to filter on remarks
