Description

Kleopatra in VS-NfD mode allows to encrypt in the notebook to a public key and to one symmetric key (tested without signing) and returns success. However, the result is truncated and the audit log shows 'Forbidden" due to a non-compliant RNG. The info bar at the bottom also falsely shows that Kleopatra is in VS-NfD mode.

Test with GnuPG VS-Desktop 3.1.19 with extra installed GnuPG 2.3.3.
