Description

Under some circumstances only-text emails are not
encrypted although GPGol says so while sending the email.
With the same setting a html-mail _is_ encrypted.

This problem has been reported on the gpg4win forum:

I heard rumors that this behaviour happens with Outlook 2000. Personally I can not reproduce the problem with
my installation.

My personal guess is that there are differences in the
Outlook version allthough they state to be "Outlook 2003 SP2". My guess is based on this observation:

The sample emails where encyption did not happen
have this header entry:
X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2900.2869
(probably an english version of outlook?)

The sample one where it worked correctly this:
X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2900.2670
(this was a german version of Outlook)
