Kleopatra: make (un)checking of user IDs in the certification window accessible
Testing, NormalPublic

Description

Follow up for T6046, from https://dev.gnupg.org/T6046#161722:

There is no accessible feedback when checking/unchecking user ID

This is caused by a bug in Qt which doesn't report the checkable state to AT-SPI.

Edit 2025-07-22:
The bug still exists in KF6 afaik.

To make things clear for testers, those are the check marks where you currently get no feedback by screen readers when you check or uncheck them:

@ikloecker I would like your opinion if this should not wait for Qt6 if it is an issue with Qt. I guess "prio low" would anyway mean. "Let us leave this for a while" :)

Yes, we can probably wait for Qt 6. It may anyway need to be fixed directly in Qt.

Removing VSD 3.4 tag. I don't intend to backport the changes in Qt 6 to Qt 5.
