pinentry 1.3.0 ships desktop file with icons, but does not install them

Description

The qt desktop files reference icons that are part of distribution tarball, but does not install them to any standard location.

Its not huge deal to install it as part of the packaging, but I would expect that it would get installed automatically.

For the reference, for now i just did the dummy install in the Fedora spec file:

Its probably not perfect, but something along these lines should do the job.
