tools: Add --unbuffered option to gpg-connect-agent.
* tools/gpg-connect-agent.c (cmd_and_opt_values): Add oUnBuffered. (opts, opt): Likewise. (main): When unbuffered, set gpgrt_stdin/stdout accordingly.
