Call flushcrls the same on linux as on win

There was possibly a very historic reason why this
was done differently on linux and on windows.

Calling the flushcrl through gpgsm works more reliably
as we can be sure to talk to the dirmngr which our
gpgsm, as used through gpgme, uses.
