cpp: Add origin and last_update

* NEWS: mention interface change.
* lang/cpp/src/key.cpp (Key::origin, Key::lastUpdate): New.
* lang/cpp/src/key.h (Key::Origin): New enum.

Hey, you want to get this into 1.11.1 I assume - Let's consider this a bug fix and not another API change.

Ok. Yes, its only added API so it shouldnt be a big issue.
I don't need this very much. I just discussed it today and remembered that I had not added this yet.
