Remove dead code
* Makefile.am: Update gpgol_Sources accordingly. * main.c (init_options, read_options): Remove password_ttl setting. (DllMain): No longer initialize passcache. * passcache.c, passcache.h, passphrase-dialog.c, recipient-dialog.c, verify-dialog.c: Removed. This is handled by the uiserver now.
This is code from a time before assuan architecture and unlikely
to be useful again.
