Ignore the Standard/etc directory in make-msi.pl

* src/make-msi.pl (dump_single_custom): Detect and ignore.
(dump_customs): Add some other to be ignored files.

Due to other r.e. we end up with the gpg.conf for Unix instead of
those for Windows. That happens only in the Standard package.
