Remove LIBKLEO_VERSION and QT_REQUIRED_VERSION mods

* src/gpg4win.mk.in, src/appimage/appimage.mk.in: Remove sed
of LIBKLEO_VERSION and QT_REQUIRED_VERSION.

Currently not neccessary and esp. for LIBKLEO it was
strange anyway. With Qt5 at EOL there is also not much
incompatibiltity to expect there.
