Add registry entries for "kgrp" file type
* po: Add translation / auto update. * src/installer-finish.nsi: Add related strings. * src/inst-kleopatra.nsi, src/uninst-kleopatra.nsi: Register / Unregister related strings.
This registers the Key Group files for Kleopatra (kgrp).
