Description

nsis: Change plugins to use Unicode.

* src/gpg4win-src.nsi: Add Unicode statement.
* src/gpg4win.nsi: Ditto.
* src/exdll.c (getuservariable,setuservariable): Fix addressing.
* src/g4wihelp.c (dummy): Extra debug code.

The fixes were first tested in gnupg master.
