The g4wihelp functions in Gpg4win and GnuPG do not work anymore at least with NSIS 3.06.1 as a workaround we have disabled the runonce check 24b28a0e4b6e7afef17a545411f1d032666a686e but the path_add also does not appear to work. So this needs a proper solution for GnuPG and Gpg4win before the next release.
