The rest looks technically okay. My French is too limited to say anything about the translation, though.

48	That is a pretty long sentence. Did you tried it in pinentry? I fear it will mess up the pinentry dialog.

If this sentence is the only problem, maybe you can merge without it. Anyway this translation need more work to be completed.

48	Did you tried it in pinentry? No. It's hard to shorten, it's possible to remove "le" if needed.
