hello,
I have an issue with Kleopatra not opening it just stays on the loading certificate cache forever. I have set up a public key and have arranged a transfer of files for a customer helpdesk system, which is only valid for 5 days. Please can you let me know what can be done to fix asap.

can you please open the console (cmd.exe) and do a "gpg -K" and "gpgsm -K"
do these commands list all your secret keys or do they hang?
Also please try killing the process "gpg-agent.exe" through the Task manager and try to open Kleopatra again.

I've had Kleopatra start up on several workstations (all Windows 10, all up to date with the most recent version / updates / servicepacks) with a blank window and this has been annoying me for months. Colleagues experience the same thing. Yesterday I had another blank Kleopatra window and then discovered that when I clicked the trayicon's "Open certificate manager" that it showed up fine. I don't have any evidence to back me up other than anecdotal and I don't know what is causing this but I have a very strong feeling / hunch that this may be a simple "window doesn't get repainted" bug. Just my $0.02
I have this regularly. Sometimes waiting helps and it loads after several minutes, sometimes shutting down Kleopatra is the only remedy (because after an hour and more it feels like it ended up in an infinite loop).
I have also found that sometimes after shutting down Kleopatra, the certificate cache will load very quickly the next time around.
Otherwise the symptoms are identical to those reported by @andrey_l ...
