In Kleopatra we use What's This pop-ups (and similar pop-ups?) in a few places that are triggered with a button (e.g. in the Certify Certificate dialog) or a link embedded in a text label (e.g. in the Delete Certificates dialog). These pop-ups are not accessible for screen readers.
Either we make them accessible or we come up with another accessible solution for showing additional information.

The tool tip pop-ups are now read out by orca (if reading out tool tips is enabled; it's disabled by default).
It's possible that the tool tips are now read out twice by screen readers on Windows. A comment in the code suggests that this is the case at least for MS Narrator. This needs to be tested on Windows.
