Kleopatra: Make self-test accessible

Description

Issues:

  • Table is not accessible (finding [2] in the Prüfbericht Barrierefreiheit GnuPG Kleopatra 3.1.20.3); in particular, the Result column is fully inaccessible
  • Scroll area inside Details box shouldn't get focus
  • Text in Details box is inaccessible
  • Texts before table are not accessible (they are read out by ocra when the dialog is shown, but they cannot be focussed)
  • Weird placement of Details box between the two check boxes; maybe move "Show all" check box before table

All issues were addressed.

orca behaves weird when focussing the test details (it doesn't announce the "Details" panel) or the proposed action (it reads the text of the label twice), but those are bugs in orca.
