Kleopatra: Make Certifications dialog accessible

Description

Issues:

  • Table is not accessible (finding [2] in the Prüfbericht Barrierefreiheit GnuPG Kleopatra 3.1.20.3); in particular, all columns but the first one are fully inaccessible
  • Header of first column should probably be "User ID / Key ID"; maybe the accessible header name should be updated to "User ID" or "Key ID" depending on the selected row
