It works for me too... There are some users, however, that have this issue.

0.7.4 works again very reliable for me - your previous change made it fail
almost always when it was first popped up. There must have been a reason that
whe don't used focus-in out when grabbing is enabled.

We discussed this on gnupg-devel@ around July 11. My conclusion was that

User alonb asked to re-open this because a bug is filed also against gentoo and
that reporter is willing to help. Seems to be a libksba problem.

That's my fault. I did not build it from a fresh SVN checkout and my working
copy accidently lost some permission bits (well I used a to naive approach to do
a mass change of strings). There are also a couple of other files with that
problem. Will be fixed in the next release.

Applied fixed to SVN (-r 167).

There is also TAI timezone issue.

Oh... so pinentry-0.7.3 was released without these.

Please release a new version of pinentry so that no external patches will be
required. Please also consult the patches at msg#2137.

We have seen other build failures on x86_64 which could only be resolved by
disabling optimization. Can you please try this again with the latest GnuPG and
passing --disable-optimization to libksba and gnupg's configure?
