I'm afraid that your particular configuration would cause the problem of the negotiation.

Server is nginx with the following settings
- Add tooltip to new collapse button
- Use QFormLayout
- Collapse password generation option by default

I guess we should put this on the agenda for our next RL meeting.
That is an old bug report with a couple of fixes introduced over the years. As of now we sometimes see hangs on Windows on our test VMs. The common cause here seems to be USB card reader issues. Let's close this bug and wait for another bug report with current software versions.
Since 2.2.20 we had these items in the NEWS
After applying patch to nPth 1.6 no semaphore leaks detected. Tested with GnuPG-2.3.3.
There has been positive feedback from production environment as well.
