Don't Know, since I dont have any VISTA32 installations
Does that also happen on vista-32? We don't have a 64 bit version available for
testing.

The problem is that the changes only take effect if the user presses return in
the entry field of the combo box. I just applied a change that puts the change
to effect on every focus-out-event, which seems to match what the Human
Interface Guide of GNOME suggests.

I finally got around to installing fresh latest versions of gtk2, glib, cairo,
atk, and pango in /usr and not /usr/local... this made sure there where no
compatibility linking problems when building anything as the new versions where
overwriting/replacing the old ones.

Version 0.7.6 is working properly now.

Confirmed with curent SVN trunk. Actually decrypting should either throw an
error for a non-decrypted file or silently continue to check the signatures.

This is indeed useful.
That is very likely a matter on how the passphrase has been created. It is
known that WinPT at some point changed how it encoded passphrases.
I hope that 0.7.5 fixes this.
Works for me in 0.7.5.
Please try 0.7.5 which has been released today.

Fixed in SVN; will go into 0.7.5
