It could have been discussed whether this makes sense. However, we can't change it anymore because it would change the behaviour. Consider a cron job which looks into a directory with keyids and imports them from a keyserver. It is totally fine if the script returns success if no keys are available.

Your above excerpt for the log is not a bounce. Can you please give me an example from a rejected bounce? Noet that BATV is also in use.

There is no way to recover it?
The mail server is misconfigured. no SPF <> not allowed.
That is on purpose. Please add an SPF record to your site. If there is really really a problem for you with that, write me off tracker.

Sorry, this is not a help line but a bug tracker. If you lost or forgot your password you are screwed up.

I have also not found a straightforward way to correct a cross-signature that was made with a weak digest algorithm using GnuPG.
I still need to land the fix for the kwallet problem, but that can be done first thing monday so nothing that really blocks a release
with Version 3.2.2.231170+git~ (Gpg4win-4.3.1-beta12):
- no error message any more with keyserver = none
- correct error message when choosing "publish on server"
But in the case "Refresh OpenPGP keys" (in Kleopatras certificate Details) there is no error message but instead ~"the key is unchanged".
Version 3.2.2.231170+git~ (Gpg4win-4.3.1-beta12): works, when entering a mail address the search result is presented very fast now. When entering only a name, nothing happens. So functionality is there, the improvement in UX is T6493.
I had a look at the open tasks for pinentry(-qt) and didn't see anything that we should address before doing a release. @werner?

I should say: I can ship a snapshot in Gentoo if that's okay, but I'd prefer not to.
As a first experiment, let us use CIPHERTEXT in the format of (enc-val(ecdh(s%m)(e%m)(k%m))) (s: encrypted-session-key, e: ecc ephemeral key, k: kyber ephemeral key).
