Once the problem occured you have to restart Outlook. The Option has to be
disabled *before* decrypting the message.

I ran a program called RanorexSpy to get some more info about the "Font Size"
dropdown and the message text area. Here are my findings:

3. Trying to send an encrypted message with an attachment that is an Outlook

message itself, it refuses to do so saying this operation is unsupported.

Additional info: I'm running Outlook 2003 (Version 11.8118.8122) SP2

That is a problem with PGP 6 - it is simply not OpenPGP compliant. We can't do
anything about it.

When "Ansicht->Format" (German version) is being disabled decryption works fine.

Wow! That's great. How did you find out the workaround.
Besides: on my machine the workaround only works if the extended bar is disabled.
If it's enabled it doesn't work no matter of ir's position relative to the
standard box.

I opened the encrypted mail, clicked the decryption icon but outlook's window
still contains the encrypted text. The corresponding lines in gpgol_0.9.91.txt
are from 1 to 35.
The versions are as follows:
WinXP SP2, Outlook 2003 SP2 (11.8010.8107), gpgwin 1.0.8 (gpgol 0.9.91, gpg 1.4.6)

No movement on this in two weeks. I'd like to see a resolution to this soon, as
it effects our clients' ability to use our software. So, let's all put our
heads together on this. Does anyone out there have any Windows debugging tools
that will show some kind of unique name assigned to this control? It's been a
while since I did any Windows programming, but there has to be a way to get a
handle to this control aside from just going after the class name.

Problem appears to be in the find_message_window function in display.cpp.
Specifically:

Mixing decrypted text and plaintext is problematic because the result of a
verified signature would not be meanigful anymore. Some MUAs handle this bu
using visual marks. I don't know how to do this for Outlook in a safe way.

Additional Info using encryption with text mails I observed following subject:
If the text mail contains an attachment these attachment is encrypted properly
(at the first try of sending the mail). Its only the text block which is not
encrypted.

This issue is dead. The current issue is 717!

Maybe you are right. I was not shure because finaly encryption works...
If this task is of no further sense it can be closed.
In my opinion it is a critical bug! Can I do anything to help finding the
problem?
Perhaps it has something to do with the state of the message (the message wich
is not encrypted is indicated in BOLD letters)

This is indeed a problem and we will consider to
offer pre-word wrap if the text contains very long
lines.

Actually this seems to be the same problem
as in the other reports.
