CMS disabled? Where can this be set?
I noticed a wrong location info ("On this computer and on a smart card") in case of an S/MIME certificate which only resides on a card.
(It started out as "on this computer" and then changed to "On this computer and on a smart card" after a second)
I assume this will then apply also to the Notepad encryption settings
Please grey out the "Anyone …" sentence, too.
The option is available now and it works:

The beta145 Werner talks about can be found here: https://www.gpg4win.org/version5.html
It is from our master branch which is not de-vs capable at this time.
Looks good, Gpg4win-5.0.0-beta145:
Window is open:
QA would like to now what exactly to test here… if there is a succinct description of that in a ticket, it will get tested at the very least sooner. Or at all.
The versioninfo.txt line of 5.0Beta-145 for gpgpass is:
works with Gpg4win 4.4.0, too

Which other Qt applications do we want to apply this to? Okular? GpgPass?
As this is minor anyway and does not show in kf6, I close this again
For a fresh install with version 4.0.0.250370 (Gpg4win-5.0.0-beta145) all kleo config files are below %APPDATA%\gnupg\kleopatra:
I believe at least the "automatically" needs to be there.
And you can not close "this" window, really, only all future windows of this kind. If the operation was successfull…
tested with Version 4.0.0.250370 (Gpg4win-5.0.0-beta145), works as described.
works, Version 4.0.0.250370 (Gpg4win-5.0.0-beta145)
Confirmed with version 4.0.0.250370 (Gpg4win-5.0.0-beta145), I checked only the default light mode.

with version 4.0.0.250370 (Gpg4win-5.0.0-beta145), Kleopatra from Friday.
We have to talk about the workflows in the different variations. This needs to be simplified further.
I looked with alexk at the suggestion from ikloecker https://dev.gnupg.org/T7091#185587
We would modify it a bit to:

Tested with version 4.0.0.250370 (Gpg4win-5.0.0-beta125)

Checked with version 4.0.0.250370 (Gpg4win-5.0.0-beta125):

Version 4.0.0.250370 (Gpg4win-5.0.0-beta125):
After testing the feature again with Beta 5.0.0-125 I repeat myself: this works.
There is the action "Unblock card" for unblocking the card with the rest code / PUK.
I think "not certified" is ok if several UIDs with different certification states exist.

Point 1 from the list in the descryption seems to be covered.
Regarding point 2: Is there some visual feedback possible like in web forms when you type a not valid value?
And point 3 from the list: Ingo suggested to do the same as we do for the mail field when adding a UID or creating a key.
It is KF6.9.0 in Gpg4win-5.0.0-beta125
Ok, the behavior is different depending on if
Oh, then I mistakenly assumed that this behavior is the same in Gpg4win and GnuPG-VSD…
Then this seems to be by design although it does not make sense IMHO to handle this aspect differently between 4win und VSD.

The point here is that I tried to reset with the resetting code, not with the Admin PIN.
As you said we do have an error code for the wrong reset code. Which does not come up.
Ok, with VSD 3.3.0 and 4win 4.4.0 both I see
--import-options only-pubkeys
in a gpgme log when importing a key from WKD.

I remove the milestone tag, as that one means "fixed in version 2.2.46" and added the general gnupg tag
With Gpg4win-Beta60 before the Gpg4win 4.4. release it was "reset code", see https://dev.gnupg.org/T5960#191665, seems there was a change after that
