Help -> Additional Documentation -> GnuPG Commandline now brings up the GnuPG Manual in the browser for Gpg4win. This solves the issue that this menu entry (Additional Documentation) existed in Gpg4win and Kleopatra on general Linux but was empty. And the API does exist now to add more entries easily if suggested. I just checked on Linux in master and it worked for me.
As there was some discussion in the ticket: what has been implemented? How can it be tested?

Should be merged for VSD 3.3 to fix the finding made when testing T6936: Kleopatra: Auto-select in case of only one keysearch result (see T6936#187185).

Well for 3.3 we will have full support for high contrast with the correct icons on all platforms, additionally we detect and support dark mode on all Windows 10 Versions > 1709 So this can be resolved. (Both for Qt5 and 6). What I have not yet checked if Qt6::systemInfo::colorScheme reports the correct one under windows 11 desert theme, but as you mention that is also part of a different issue where when then also should clean up the kleo systeminfo etc. if this is reliably supplied as information by qt.
In Kleopatra master the first result is no longer selected if there are multiple certificates.

Needs to be backported for VSD 3.3
I'm pretty sure that this bug fix should be backported for VSD 3.3.
I'm pretty sure that this should be backported for VSD 3.3.
This has already been fixed by Tobias, but the fix needs to be backported (because this also happens in the branch VSD 3.3 is built from).
The latest commit cannot be backported for VSD 3.3 because it depends on changes made for T7153: Kleopatra: Show all search results (from different origins)/T7155: Kleopatra: Show additional columns in search results by default.

Done. Unit tests verify the API. End-to-end testing will be done with T7234: Kleopatra: add disable/enable certificate in context menu. Hence, setting to Resolved.

To clarify what I mean by the missing VarFileInfo block. Currently the GnuPG binaries have versioninfo.rc files but only the version number is displayed for dlls as their pattern did not have the VerFileInfo block: The libassuan-0.dll displayed in this screenshot is from the 2.2.43 package and the assuan-9.dll is self compiled but including the patch below that. I would like to commit such a patch to all libraries that require it if that is okay with you.

Name, E-Mail, Status, Valid From, Valid Until, [Protocol], Key ID, [Fingerprint], [Certification Trust], [Origin], [Last Update], [Issuer], [Serial Number], [Tags], [Algorithm], [Keygrip]
to document the answer to my own question: The serial number is unique for the manufacturer, e.g. Yubico. But serial numbers of devices of different manufacturers might have the same serial numbers, although it is unlikely.
Now even the error descriptions that are logged by background threads should have readable umlauts (see T7188).
Mark for backport. In the past all columns were resized to fit their contents when a single column was made visible.

with gpg4win-Beta-41:
Please see the quote from Knuth which explains this.
Actually, it seems to be spelled "smart card" in English (e.g. in Merriam Webster and Oxford English Dictionary). Two words. It's just us ignorant Germans who like to glue words together as if there's no tomorrow.
Please name the smartcard tab column Slot and use Smartcard instead of Token. Most users either have a “Smartcard” or a “Yubikey” and they don't known what we mean by “Token”.
Sorry, I can't resist to quote Knuth from his homepage:
Status is testing for 2.4, no backport yet for 2.2, so there it stays in the backlog column

checked with Gpg4win-4.3.2-beta41:
We decided how it should be implemented.
- Rename to "GnuPG Configuration Dump"
- Change file extension to .txt
- Add Close button
- Set window title
